ARB Topical A5 is Adegen's foundational prescription-strength topical for early-stage or recent thinning. It combines 5% minoxidil with our proprietary ARB complex, plus tretinoin, caffeine, and a niacinamide + biotin blend to support absorption and overall follicle health.
Compounded in-house at Adegen Pharmacy and formulated to help key ingredients reach the follicle, where healthy hair growth begins, it's often the ideal starting point for visible thinning, increased shedding, or early changes at the hairline, crown, or part line.
Optional Rx DHT Blockers
You can optionally add topical finasteride or dutasteride for added DHT defense. Finasteride inhibits the primary enzyme (Type II) responsible for converting testosterone to DHT in the scalp. Dutasteride inhibits both Type I and Type II enzymes, for broader, stronger DHT reduction.

Safety & Rx Information This is a prescription-only compounded medication dispensed through Adegen Pharmacy, our licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. A licensed physician will review your information after checkout and determine if this formula is appropriate for you.
Apply 1 mL (10 sprays) to thinning or affected areas of the scalp once to twice daily, or as directed by your licensed physician. Each spray delivers approximately 0.1 mL (10 sprays = 1 mL). Gently massage in with one finger.

Adegen has reversed my male pattern... Adegen has reversed my male pattern baldness hair loss! I've been using Adegen (the arb-5, shampoo, roller and brush) for over 7 months now. I'm 27 years old and had thinning around my hairline and also crown. After 4 months or so of using the product consistently | noticed small follicular growth on my hairline!! My crown has also filled more. Fast forward to now and my hairline is much more filled and wayyy better than I started. It's as if my hair is what it looked like years ago.
