The photo is from the first time I used it and was pretty much bald. I use the 15x solution with the shampoo roller and brushes. I rolled and used the shampoo almost everyday for the last 6 months. First I used warm water with the brushes and try to get out all the left over solution. Then I get shampoo and brush vigorously for 5 minutes then add alittle more shampoo. Then I dry my hair with a towel and roll for a while then I add 3 ml of solution.
I start my routine at 4 o'clock so it drys before I go to bed.
I'm on my last bottle of topical and still have 3 bottles of shampoo.

I've tried everything for my hair thinning that started in my early 20's. PRP treatments, over the counter products, prescriptions from dermatologists... you name it, I've tried it. One year on ADEGEN!
I’ve always had a receding hairline, but it wasn’t until my 30s that it became more noticeable, starting on the left side and slightly on the right in the front. At 34, I began the protocol, and within a few months, my hair appeared a bit thicker, though growth in the targeted areas was still slow. After six months, I increased my ARB dosage from 5 to 15 but didn’t see a significant change.
At the 10-month mark, I reassessed my approach, realizing I wasn’t using the ARB solution consistently. Switching to morning applications so it stayed on longer seemed to help.
