For the topical, you have four options depending on how aggressive your hair loss is:
- **A5.** Our standard formula. A great starting point for most people.
- **A15.** Triple the concentration of the A5. A prescription formula, best for people with more aggressive hair loss.
- **A15F.** The A15 with added topical finasteride for local DHT blocking.
- **A15D.** The A15 with added topical dutasteride, our most powerful topical.
If your hair loss is aggressive, I'd recommend going straight to a prescription topical (A15, A15F, or A15D). And for maximum defense, you can layer in 2.5 mg of oral minoxidil and oral dutasteride to add vasodilation and additional DHT protection on top of the topical.
Start where your hair loss level puts you, stay consistent for 90 days, and adjust from there based on results.
