The Adegen 3-Step System Explained

Here's exactly how I use the Adegen system every day.

**Step 1: Shampoo + Exfoliation Brush.** In the shower, I rinse my hair with warm water, apply the shampoo, and massage it in. Then I use the exfoliation brush to vigorously work my scalp and remove dead skin, dandruff, and sebum. I add a little more shampoo, massage it in again, and let it sit. I want a minimum of five minutes of contact time so the active ingredients can penetrate to the follicle. The shampoo is the first thing I apply and the last thing I rinse out.

**Step 2: Microderm Roller.** After the shower, I towel-dry my hair and use the roller across every area where I'm dealing with thinning or hair loss. Temples, hairline, crown. I roll each area 10 to 20 times in different directions. This creates the microchannels the topical needs to penetrate the scalp.

**Step 3: Topical Solution.** Immediately after rolling, I apply the topical. The goal isn't to coat your hair. It's to get the solution past the hair and onto the scalp itself, because the scalp is where it needs to penetrate. I cover my temples, hairline, crown, and any other areas of concern. Then I let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour before putting on a hat or lying down on a pillow, so it has time to fully absorb and dry.

That's it. Three steps, once a day for the topical and roller (I roll every two to three days), and consistency for at least 90 days before evaluating results.
