Our 15% minoxidil formula is the strongest topical solution ever made available to the market, and there's a reason no one else offers it.
Minoxidil is dose-dependent, which means the more your scalp can absorb, the greater the benefit. The generic standard is 5% (Rogaine). Most companies that push higher stop at 6% or 7%. We're the only pharmacy in the world that has successfully compounded a stable 15% solution, because getting that concentration soluble and stable in a liquid is extraordinarily difficult.
Why does that matter? Roughly half of everyone who uses minoxidil is a "non-responder." They don't have enough of the enzyme that converts minoxidil into minoxidil sulfate, which is the active form that actually drives results. By tripling the concentration from 50 mg/mL to 150 mg/mL, we give the hair follicle far more of the active ingredient to work with in the same amount of solution. Your scalp can only absorb so much liquid, so the answer isn't more volume. It's more potency per drop.
But 15% minoxidil is only part of the formula. We've combined it with 0.2% caffeine (studies show this is as effective as 5% minoxidil on its own), tretinoin and retinol to dramatically improve transdermal penetration through the epidermis, and ARB, a fatty acid complex that binds to the androgen receptor at the hair follicle and blocks DHT locally.
The real breakthrough isn't any single ingredient. It's getting all of these actives dissolved, stable, and able to reach the hair follicle in one solution. That's the science we've spent a decade perfecting.
